After owning and operating restaurants for more than 15 years, JT developed a deep appreciation for what exceptional service truly means: listening carefully, communicating honestly, and putting people first. A husband, father, former stay-at-home dad, and Taekwondo instructor, JT understands that buying or selling a home is about far more than paperwork—it's about helping people through one of life's most important milestones. His calm, approachable demeanor and commitment to keeping clients informed make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or those preparing for their next chapter, JT is dedicated to providing knowledgeable guidance, responsive communication, and unwavering advocacy from the first conversation to the closing table. When he's not serving clients, JT enjoys spending time with his family, substitute teaching, teaching Taekwondo, exploring new technology, and discovering great local restaurants.
